Available Places

Available Places (also known as Vacant Places) are places on programmes that are unfilled after offers are issued. This is a great opportunity for applicants to start college this September, who are unhappy with their offer, didn’t get an offer, have changed circumstances, or simply have just changed their mind about what they would like to study since they first applied. 

ATU will publish programmes that have vacant places on this webpage and the Central Applications Office (CAO) from Thursday 29th August 2024 at 12 noon. The CAO is where all new or existing CAO applicants must apply. Applicants will need to meet the entry requirements for the course to get an offer. Offers for available places will be made in the next round of offers.

The published list of available programmes will be updated regularly in line with availability during the offer rounds so check this page regularly from Thursday 29th August 2024.
