Training is delivered to build awareness of diversity, equality & inclusion. ATU regularly offers training to staff on dignity at work, managing unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, race equality, how to foster an inclusive classroom and other areas.
Female leadership development programmes such as Aurora are supported by ATU. Participation in Aurora embeds strong networks of early career women across the sector to share best practice, insights, and experiences. ATU is committed to funding a cohort of female staff on this progamme each year (insert Aurora link Aurora | Advance HE (advance-he.ac.uk) ).
