Tuition Deposits
- Undergraduate: €1,000 payable within 90 days if Pre-December 31st. 60 Days from Jan 1st to June 30th and 30 days thereafter.
- Postgraduate: €1,500 payable within 30 Days of date of offer letter.
Tuition Payment Deadlines
- Undergraduate: a) minimum of Full Fee by 30.06 (visa required) OR €6000 31.08 (non-visa required); b) balance to be paid on or before 31st Oct (Non-Visa Required or date of Immigration Registration Appointment whichever is the earlier)
- Postgraduate: full fees must be paid on or before a) 31.05 – For September intake. Full Fees must be paid within 60 Days of Offer Letter up to March 31st. Thereafter 30 days. January Intake. 30 Days from Offer Letter
Refunds
- Withdrawal due to visa refusal (supported by letter from DFA) = 100% Full refund.
- Withdrawal prior to 31.08 (reasons other than visa refusal) = refund of tuition paid less 50% of deposit.
- Withdrawal between 01.09 and 31.10 = refund of tuition paid minus the deduction of a) 100% deposit: and b) €250 refund admin fee.
- Withdrawal between 01.11 and 31.01 = 25% refund of tuition (where fees paid in full).
- Withdrawal on or after 01.02 = no refund.
- Where a student defers to a subsequent year the fee policy from the date of deferral will apply.
