Agent Application Process

ATU has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the engagement of International Higher Education Student Recruitment Agents to support the recruitment of international students across all of its campuses.

This DPS is operated via the Irish Government’s public sector tendering platform eTenders. Agents who might be interested in applying for membership of the DPS must complete a questionnaire. Instructions for locating and uploading the completed questionnaire can be found at the DPS Stage 1 Document Guide

Agents admitted to the DPS will be invited to participate in a tender process (referred to as Stage 2, which will be published in due course) as and when requirements arise. ATU may enter into agreements with successful agents for the territories described.

Identified Territories

Territories covered by the DPS are:

DPS Stage 1

The DPS Stage 1 Document Guide contains lots of helpful information, including instructions for locating and uploading the DPS questionnaire.
