These scholarships are funded by the Government of Ireland in partnership with Irish higher education institutions (HEIs) and managed by the Higher Education Authority. Under the initiative, 60 scholarships are awarded each year for one year of full-time study at NFQ levels 9 or 10 (master’s, postgraduate diploma or PhD).
The offer is open to students from non-EU/EEA countries and is applicable to all fields of study.
Successful candidates will receive:
- A €10,000 stipend for one year of full-time study
- A full fee waiver to the awardees for the year of their scholarship
Ireland Fellows Programme
The Ireland Fellows Programme offers people from around the world the opportunity to spend one year studying in Ireland.
