Welcome to the Sports Centre Home Page. Sports and recreational facilities are located on campus in the multi-purpose centre (An Dánlann). Students, staff and members of the general public are most welcome to avail of the facilities.

At a Glance – What’s On

• National League men’s basketball matches, once monthly, on Saturday evenings throughout the semester. All are welcome to come and support the local ATU-Donegal team.
• Customised 1-1 personal training (6 week plans).
• Weekly fitness class(es).
• Recreation opportunity for all through our ‘Active Campus’ which offers a varied range of activity, weekly, for students and staff to try out. All free of charge.
• Indoor soccer tournament, Monday 18 November 2024, 1.30-4pm.
• Badminton Tournament, Thurs 21 November 2024, 2.30-4.30pm.
• Volleyball tournament 12 February 2025.
• Table tennis tournament, 24 February 2025.
• Annual ATU Donegal charity 5K, Tuesday April 1st, 2025. All are welcome.
• Fitness, training, and nutritional advice available all year round – just ask our staff.

And for the Juniors:

• Easter Camp Mornings during the week pre-Easter.
• School Days Out in June – mini school tours for all ages and abilities. 
• Kool Kats Kamp in July for kiddies 5-13 years. 18 years, and counting, of happy campers.
