Gym and Hall Bookings

The Gym

1. To use the gym or hall it is necessary to register with the Sport Centre via the link https://portal.sportskey.com/customer/login. This applies to students, staff, members and the general public.

2. Using the QR code you will receive when you have registered, please swipe in at reception on each and every visit. The QR code can be stored on your phone or in your e-wallet. 

3. Please bring your student, staff or member ID card on each visit.

4. There is no requirement to book the gym. However it gets quite busy after 5pm so to ensure a spot, come early in the day.

5. An induction is necessary before using the gym for the first time and must be booked in advance (using the email below).  

6. Please bring a small clean personal hand-towel to the gym on every visit for hygiene purposes.

Booking the Hall

Everyone is welcome to use the hall and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. 

To book the hall it is necessary to register with the Sport Centre via the link https://portal.sportskey.com/customer/login. Alternatively, please submit a Booking form
