Why did you choose this course?
I have been involved in coaching for quite a long time, and I wanted to further develop my knowledge and experience in the area. When I learned about the course and saw the lectures that were involved, I was eager to take the opportunity to improve my own coaching practice.
How has it improved you coaching career?
From a teaching perspective, the course has enhanced my understanding of both coaching and coaching practice, as well as classroom practices through the research we have been exposed to.It has deepened my knowledge of how children learn, and in terms of coaching, it has allowed me to implement new coaching methods, make training sessions more engaging, and introduce new strategies and game models that I had not previously used in my practice.
