Job Title: Brand Manager

As Brand Manager I support the development and execution of brand plans for our FMCG and food service products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives. This opportunity is unique as I not only build our retail brand “McKenzie’s”, but also our food service brands, overseeing concept to shelf execution and beyond to create awareness amount customers and consumers for each brand.

The Food Science and Business Management course has been a transformative experience for me. The comprehensive knowledge and practical skills I gained not only deepened my understanding of food science but also equipped me with the business acumen necessary to thrive in the food industry. This course has truly opened doors for me, allowing me to travel to North America and Australia while continuing to pursue my passion within the food sector and further my studies. The lessons learned have been invaluable in navigating the global food landscape and have given me the confidence to pursue career opportunities on an international scale. This programme has been a crucial stepping stone in my journey, blending science with business in a way that has helped me succeed in both fields.

I have also had the opportunity to work across other exciting positions since graduating including as a Sales & Marketing Executive in Glenisk, Killeigh, Co. Offaly, Marketing Executive in Bord Bia, New York and as an Assistant Brand Manager for Richmond Marketing.
