“The highlight of the course for me was learning what makes a good leader and how to use that in my new role. I was leading a team in an innovation centre, so everything I learned was relevant to my job.

Another highlight was the people. The camaraderie was amazing. I discovered that others faced the same challenges, even in different agencies. Sharing ideas in action learning sets was brilliant. You could bring a real problem from your role and get advice from people across the north and south.
