Galway-Mayo Induction

Welcome to Atlantic Technological University Galway-Mayo. All new students are required to attend on-campus Pre-Arrival Induction Sessions scheduled for September 10th, 11th, and/or 12th, 2025, at our Galway-Mayo campuses. Department-specific schedules will be posted here in advance.

The #First5Weeks Welcome Programme will begin on the first day of classes, September 15th—further information will be provided in your Registration Emails from mid-August.

The #First5weeks Welcome Programme guides you through accessing your Student Hub and ATU Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It provides you with the necessary support and guidance to enhance your college experience.

To assist you in transitioning with your new academic year, you are expected to complete a Pre-arrival New Student Induction and orientation.

Please note, your Student Hub and Moodle VLE is only available to those who have fully registered as a student at ATU Galway-Mayo.
