The Industry Forum Addressing key skills for Digital Transformation in Industry has been designed for senior leaders (HR and L&D Managers, Head of Innovation and Technologies) to help them to get a better understanding of the digital transformation journey, from policies, procedures to talent management.
Over the course of the day (half-day/morning), participants will also have an opportunity to listen to our industry leaders sharing the key challenges with digital transformation in various sectors, followed by panel discussions from educational providers showcasing the changes in learning solutions being made available.
The Advance Centre will host the event along with keynote speakers and our panel of experts drawn from both academia and a wide range of industrial sectors.
The event will include topics of discussion in the Digital transformation of Data Science, Software, Cybersecurity, Management, and Implementation, as well as thought provoking conversation on bridging the digital transformation skills gap, talent retention and recruitment, digital transformation processes and future trends in this ever-evolving area.
