The demand for individuals with technical knowledge combined with business and leadership skills is driven by the increasing complexity of engineering projects, and the need for professionals who can manage diverse teams to ensure that projects of high standard and quality are completed within an agreed timescale and budget.
Attributes of Engineering Managers
Engineering Managers must typically combine technical knowledge and strong understanding of engineering concepts, with business management techniques to solve engineering problems.
