The seminars will take place on Thursday, 11th June at Galway Chamber, Commerce House, Galway, and Thursday, 18th June at ATU Letterkenny, Port Road Campus, with both events running from 8am to 9:30am.

This is an opportunity for organisational leaders and senior managers to reflect on how their leadership approach shapes trust, culture, and performance across their teams. It highlights the critical link between authenticity, integrity, and strong governance, and how these principles underpin effective decision-making and sustainable organisational success.

Patricia Doherty, Head of Department of Business Studies, ATU, said:

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, the ability to lead with authenticity and integrity has never been more important. These seminars provide leaders with the opportunity to reflect, challenge their thinking, and develop practical approaches to building trust, strengthening governance and ethical decision-making, and leading with purpose within their organisations.

Designed for those leading in complex and evolving organisations, the session will explore how credibility is built day-to-day, how ethical behaviour can strengthen organisations, and how leaders can create meaningful, lasting impact through how they show up and through their actions and behaviours.

If you are responsible for people, performance, or strategic direction these seminars provide an opportunity to step back, think critically about your own leadership style, and engage with what it takes to lead with clarity, consistency, and purpose. Creating lasting value for others. For further information and to register for each event, please visit: www.atu.ie/mbs-events
