This course allows professionals from a range of construction backgrounds to focus their skills and knowledge into much needed expertise in construction contracts management, embracing the new forms of government contract (GCCC), RIAI, Design /Build contracts and on-line procurement methods while creating expertise in the administration and management of contracts.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineering (level 7) qualification with 180 ECTS credits and appropriate learning outcomes in a construction technology or related discipline.
Applications are invited from graduates of a level 7 (or above) degree in Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Architectural Technology.
RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) both certified or experiential may be taken into account.
Fees
Total Fees EU: €3500
Through Springboard+ funding, employed candidates only pay €540 to study this course. For unemployed candidates, the course tuition fee is free, with 100% of the fee funded by Springboard+.
